Arriving from Salò, turn left straight after the bridge and then immediately turn right (via Roina, Toscolano Maderno) into a narrow road which leads directly into the public car park where you can leave your car.
The road is very narrow so I recommend that instead of turning left after the bridge, you continue onwards for 600 metres to the Bogliaco roundabout, climbing to the left on Via Villavetro, Gargnano as stated in the following directions.

Arriving from Riva, as soon as you arrive at Bogliaco, take the first road on the right at the roundabout (via Villavetro, Gargnano), climb for 400 metres to the Roina sign and then for another 200 metres to the car park.

The rooms are a stone’s throw from the public car park.
